I have had chronic hereditary dry mouth for many years and this is my flagship product. I use Biotene which is thicker at night when I need to get up and seems dry during the day which tastes way better. I've found it's much more soothing when refrigerated; not just cold, but chilled. So I keep it in the fridge and in the morning I pack enough for the day in an empty water bottle and then in a small fridge with some frozen ice packs and Wallah. Oh so reassuring! And I have to mention that I order this regularly and it always arrives within two days without exception, which I really appreciate. Something else; larger bottles are cheaper per ounce.
