My wife uses this mouthwash and it seems like a good product. After disassembling the drain 3 times to clean it, I found that this mouthwash was causing the problem. Rinse aid mixed with water turns into a gel and clogs the drain. The solution is to spit in a cup and flush down the toilet. Now there are no more clogged drains.

I've been using this mouthwash for a long time because I need fluoride. It doesn't work that well for dry mouth, so I'm now using a different dry mouth product as well. For future note sent in a plastic bag arrived slightly damaged and leaking. I was able to transfer it to an empty bottle that hasn't gone in the bin yet, but could you wrap it better in the future?

Does it keep my mouth wet all night (shelf life)? Please try again in 3 days. This product is far superior to Biotene. This product has a long-lasting effect of around 6 hours, while Bioten only lasts around 30 minutes. So I will buy this product again because biotin is not good!

I was skeptical about how well a mouthwash that promised to help dry mouth would work. The medication I take makes my mouth very dry and my dentist has advised me that this contributes to tooth decay (which I never had before taking the medication). This mouthwash definitely keeps my mouth moist all night. Hope this helps with my teeth on my next visit to the dentist!

I bought this for my father in law who was just out of radiation/chemo. He had terrible dry mouth and says this mouthwash really helped! He also tried lozenges for dry mouth, but said gargling helped him much better as the lozenges stuck to his teeth. Hope this helps someone in the same situation.

Some medications make my mouth very dry. Act Total does a great job with the dry mouth feel I get all the time. I believe this has the added benefit of fluoride, eliminating dry mouth while protecting against tooth decay. The price is very competitive and the product is delivered on time. We have three bathrooms, and I have a bottle of this drink in each one. I only gave it 4 stars for moisturizing because it only lasts a few hours after the first use.

I have had chronic hereditary dry mouth for many years and this is my flagship product. I use Biotene which is thicker at night when I need to get up and seems dry during the day which tastes way better. I've found it's much more soothing when refrigerated; not just cold, but chilled.
