Audio output is not standard

I bought this to make music on my iPad Pro with GarageBand. Since Bluetooth audio has latency, using my Air Pods was out of the question. I bought it thinking the sound quality would be the same as my old iPad with 3.5mm output. Unfortunately, the sound is poor, with a tinny mix and a lack of bass. If you're buying these for audio output, I recommend buying a USB sound card with a DAC instead and just plugging it into another USB-C hub. This way you get better sound quality and more flexibility with your device.
