Reliable Email Notification Software

I like how flexible Mind Titan is to customize for our needs. We have been using it for several months now, the support staff is always available to answer questions or help with any configuration issues. It's easy to use and intuitive. I would love if there was an option to change the length of time between emails sent. Sometimes we receive an email from them more than 10 minutes after we closed the ticket. It could be an issue in their system but sometimes it seems they do not check tickets very often. Tracking all tickets and keeping up with communication is very important when you are running a small consulting firm. The main benefit is being able to handle multiple tasks at once and still keep contact with clients. I like that the process is fully automated. I can't think of anything that I don't like. MindTitan has helped us resolve customer service issues with multiple companies and we've never had a problem. It's made our lives much easier. They also have a great team. They are constantly looking at ways to improve their product. They have implemented new features and fixes almost on a weekly basis. We've been able to resolve customer service issues with multiple companies and we've never had a problem.
