Great software paired up great customer service

I've been working with Mindtitans team for three years now. What do they lack in? - Nothing! The best part is definitely communication, all my questions get answered within one hour after asking them. Also we are close to US timezone so no need about your local timestamps when it comes to work or collaboration. We started working together as a remote agency from Croatia but grew into closer partnership since our offices opened their doors together few months ago (we have office space, employees

  • Very strong customer support
  • Great interface/UX design makes everything really simple.
  • Amazing technology stack including Elixir + Phoenix running along side PostgreSQL cluster database server(s) hosted locally inside Docker containers making both scalable AND reliable; even though these technologies were created before docker was released)
  • Powerful data connectors available through FFI API allowing seamless interoperability between different business services such Salesforce CRM+SalesForceIQ , Intercom chatbot platform

Reliable Email Notification Software

I like how flexible Mind Titan is to customize for our needs. We have been using it for several months now, the support staff is always available to answer questions or help with any configuration issues. It's easy to use and intuitive. I would love if there was an option to change the length of time between emails sent. Sometimes we receive an email from them more than 10 minutes after we closed the ticket. It could be an issue in their system but sometimes it seems they do not check tickets…
