I like how easy it is to use. There are multiple ways to input an idea or question. It's free and there are no limits on the amount of time you can use the platform. You can also create your own polls and surveys which is nice because if you're looking for data you won't have to go searching elsewhere. The tool is great for brainstorming but sometimes it takes a while to get responses. Also, we've had some issues with the site being down which makes it difficult to use. Use this tool with other employees in your organization. It's a great way to come up with ideas and gather feedback from others. We've used solverboard to help us come up with solutions to problems and gather feedback from our team. Easy to use, clear and simple UI. Great support for both mobile and web. Great customer service. Good pricing. Would like to see more features in a future version. Solverboard is solving the problem of how to bring the power of the crowd into your organization. We used solverboard to gather ideas for our company's first ever hackathon. Our team used the platform to crowdsource ideas for a new product.
