OSB/Rubber roof assembly

First I read the assembly instructions here. Then, even though I found my van's roof to be fairly flat, I still couldn't use the two center support pieces for my 100-watt panel because the panel wobbled slightly when they were in place. I temporarily installed the corner anchors and panel and used a marker to mark the corner locations. I then used a razor blade to cut through the roof's rubber material to expose the OSB. I liberally applied Sikaflex 252 to the corner supports and glued them to the panel, then glued the panel to the roof. The next day I used rubber roof sealer to further seal the corners of the roof. After the glue was fully cured, I pre-drilled the supports and screwed all the corner supports to the roof and panel frame (using small stainless steel screws). I removed the roof studs, filled the holes with epoxy and reinstalled the roof studs. I like the combination of glue and screws to hopefully keep the panel intact. I find that unless your roof is completely flat, additional screws are needed, and you can also use center supports to get more bonding surface. After gluing my panel, I checked a few days later and one corner was loose between the support and the panel, but all the corner supports were attached to the roof with just glue. I added screws because a corner was loose, probably because my roof wasn't completely flat, and a little stress caused a corner to come loose. I will check the tightness of the screws when I travel.
