Love'em. Exactly what I was looking for to use during the offseason in high school baseball practice on a general purpose indoor field surrounded by walls, nets and WINDOWS. The boys were able to use their swing without fear of damaging anything. Also, they're just plain fun - they make a nice hollow sound when hit or hit by someone or an object. It doesn't hurt even up close. I ended up using them not only for hitting and catching, but also for stickball/peg fights, mini-dodgeball and the like. Good workout, absolutely no pain, fun sound, lots of laughter, extra fun as a warm up or finisher. I'm not sure how well they will hold up outdoors, but we'll find out soon enough.
