Well I think I was so excited about my pink MP3 that I was willing to ignore the fact that the product was resealed BUT dirty. The headphones were in use too and I just tossed them aside, cleaned the mp3 and downloaded my music. I have a lot of music, for example A LOT. Everything fits in 16GB, so that's a plus. BUT. after playing 2 songs i felt totally uncomfortable. Doesn't even turn on. So I recharged it. Turns on steadily after 5 minute attempts. And now he's stuck, just frozen. So unfortunately we have to go back. I have no time for that. I had to send it back when I saw the crap on this thing.
