Compared to a neck fan, this fan is more powerful. I love the way the fan is hung from an adjustable strap rather than the other style where all the plastic touches my neck. Mister works if you press the button a lot to fill the line, but the amount of mist is very small. So small you can't see it. The tank you fill with water holds 17-20ml; this corresponds to 3-4 teaspoons of water! This fan houses a rechargeable AA battery that charges via USB. I think I can keep the extra battery charged and change it when the 1st charge runs out. (I'm planning a day trip to Disneyland (not literally) this August with grandkids x 3.) Bottom line: Wearable Fan Trial is over. I will keep this fan. I'll update this review when I see how long it lasts on a charge.
