I like that they are open for business with new features being added every month or so! It is easy enought an intuitive at first but not too difficult once you get used it - very flexible as well which was great when we were doing some big changes over several months (i think around 15-20) during our implementation phase from scratch!! We had no issues using them throughout this process however there could be more tutorials available online/in person if needed by clients who don't have much experience working wih other providers yet? The main benefit has been having access tto live customer information without needing multiple systems running simultaneously just one system can do everything required now instead of managing many different ones.
