Buy all 4 at once, fits Solenoids
Will work on W221 but you will need to replace all 4 at once or you will get slight misfires due to mismatched parts. No difference in performance, but the check engine light goes out. Remove any bolts blocking the camshaft position sensor, but do not remove the weak connector on these sensors and you are done.
