
UPDATE: to my review placed last week. Trailersphere DID reply to my online customer service requests but their reply was getting caught in my spam filter. They called me this morning to follow up. Totally my fault and their customer service is EXCELLENT. Five stars for customer service and standing behind their product, which is designed and works very well.I have enjoyed my jack cover for about a year. It spend about 2/3rds of that time in indoor storage. Then the zipper broke. I tried to contact Trailersphere customer service numerous times and in 3 1/2 week they have not responded. They do not list a phone number, only a web-form or email, and I've emailed and filled out their form 3 times each. No reply. Disappointed for what is otherwise a pretty good product.
