Bought to store extra clothes when moving house. It wasn't ideal for that. Instead, these fabric boxes are perfect for items that get folded regularly, like sheets, duvets, and even pillows. I can get rid of so many boxes; these things last a ton! Blame my American education for not having a good idea of how great they would be. (A liter is a little more than a quart, but I don't usually believe that.) Due to their enormous capacity, they are not suitable for clothing unless the clothing can be folded into the perfect shape to fit the shape of the bag . (Otherwise it won't be a neat cubic structure.) This can also be done with clothes, but it's a lot of work. And sheets, blankets, towels... it's easy! Bags are durable, with very good handles. I filled the first and was able to take it without fear of tearing. I can keep them on a bookshelf to save space in the truck! It would be nice in other furniture too...things stay protected but are allowed to breathe. So far, one bag has emptied three plastic containers. A lot of space is saved because bedding is stowed more compactly in the bag. I'm willing to give up my space bags for her. No fuss, compact storage, no air leakage issues as they are not vacuum bags. Everything is so neatly tucked away and if I wanted to it would fit on the top shelf of the bedroom closet or high up in the linen closet. I'm already planning on storing extra linens in these bags in my new home... and I love the view through the 'window'. Pretty strong, good zippers. items - which I probably won't need anymore; if so, i would happily buy again. Good job Lifewit!
