Saved item. The banner text at the top of my label literally doesn't stay centered, the text area box doesn't stay full width meaning that if you have space it will wrap to the next line due to the stretched text area box. As a software developer, it seems that there are too many underdeveloped features where the core layout features don't work properly. I lost over $100 on this printer and labels. is only useful when you need to create a single label. In this case I have a portable LabelMaker tool that I will use. It's garbage because of the software. It seems like the printer itself can be a great tool, but without the right software to use it, it's crap.
