Fall asleep faster!
I really like this noisy machine. You can adjust the sound of the noise as you like and adjust the volume. It can be very loud - my volume is about a 2 out of 10. It's lightweight and compact. I fall asleep faster with it and I love that it stays on all night until I turn it off in the morning to mask outside noises like wind and traffic while I sleep. My only gripe with this is that the knobs are VERY easy to turn - you have to make sure you don't accidentally brush them or you'll have to readjust them next time you turn it on.
