I liked how they were able to see my needs right from day 1! They are very thorough and always made sure that we had everything covered. The customer service has been exceptional as well - so helpful through each step along our journey. Their project manager was amazing throughout this process too (not just their account managers). It's such a good fit for us because it allows us to focus more attention on our data without worrying about IT concerns like performance tuning etc.. The team at 4th M has been great to work with. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. I wish we could get more support from them on the technical side but they do answer all our questions quickly and professionally. Nothing really. Just that they are very good people. Always willing to help out and get involved. We use them as a data warehouse provider.
