This is a very good lock, quite heavy and fits perfectly on my bike and the racks I usually connect it to in my area. It fits in my trunk bag so I didn't need the frame mount that came with the lock. I also carry a 4 foot OnGuard cable for those rare occasions when I need to tether my bike to something larger. I haven't come across a situation where I can't tie it to something very immovable. The only problem I had was when I first got the lock. The key was difficult to turn. After I sprayed a small amount of lube in the keyhole, it started working. I also sprayed grease on the locking pins inside the cylinder. Since then it's been working great.
