Calphalon always on point
When I buy a Calphalon I expect a certain level of quality and this pair did not disappoint. Well weighted, with smooth, rounded edges. My batches of cookies had no hot spots or burnt edges; thus even heat distribution. They're great for sheet cakes and cookies; but they're also the perfect size for a family party with brownies if you want to top them with ice cream.
