The customer service from the team at Jase has been exceptional! I have never had an issue when calling them or using their software as we are constantly growing our business. We also use Salesforce but it can be confusing sometimes if you don't know how to navigate it. It's not easy for new users to figure out. Make sure that you get all of your questions answered before making any decisions about this product. They will make recommendations regarding what features work best for your specific needs which is very important. Our biggest challenge was managing our client list. This platform makes us able to keep track of who we contact and send emails without having to input everything manually into Excel each day.
