The mop and nozzles are made of high-quality plastic, the handle is metal. There are nozzles for all occasions: for washing tiles / glasses, nozzles for washing hard-to-reach places, for steaming things, there is a scraper, nozzles with brushes. When we tried it for the first time, we were horrified at what a dirty floor we had, provided that we wash it every week. The seams between the tiles were just terrible, I could not stop until everything was washed. The mood to wash the whole house hahah. Honestly - very happy with the purchase, worth every penny!
