These shows have incredible support, are very comfortable, feel solid, and help you move a little faster, which is great. The only complaints I have are that they are a bit smaller than most Asics running shoes and the color is a bit misleading. I ordered the Cream & Putty color which is actually quite white apart from the brown laces and this always makes them look dirty even when they are new out of the box. The fabric also picks up dirt and shows it off more easily than most. otherwise great shoes.
