Review on Display Guys Solid Picture Frame by Jessica Wang

Great shots! 2 small disclaimers.

First of all these frames are just amazing quality for the price. I bought about 60 of these in various sizes for a client's family photo wall. As you can see, the results were fantastic. They're well made, (extremely) well packaged, and the mats that come with them are a HUGE bonus! Now I'm getting a little picky. Package. This footage is packaged for each war zone they may have to travel through and I am happy to report that not a single call was seen. But guys. Waste. Each frame is individually wrapped in plastic with a foam sheet on the front and back of the frame. I appreciate the care taken, but styrofoam is not recyclable and I believe the same level of security can be achieved with a sheet of bubble wrap or thick cardboard. I filled a whole large shipping box with these styrofoam sheets, stacked neatly and tightly on top of each other. Plastic wrap and sponge foam corners took up another slightly smaller box. Please, for the environment, could we rethink some of this? Second, these are hangers on the back. As the description says, they can be hung vertically or horizontally. BUT. Suspension mechanism - D-shaped rings. Can you imagine how long it would take to hang this wall with D-rings or, worse, stringing picture wire around each one, which could stretch over time and ruin the arrangement? Yes. I went to a hardware store and bought 2 packs of 35 sawtooth picture hangers which I then had to nail to the back of each frame. It was exhausting, but I was able to see a few films. If you're just hanging a few photos, the included hardware will likely work. If you're planning an extravagance like this, you're going to want to add new hangers. Those two things aside, the frames are excellent and I'm pretty sure I'll be buying them again.
