Safety Accessory Flood Preparedness Pack

If you live in a floodplain or coastal area, or need to pack your home in case you get caught in the path of a hurricane, these bags should be first in your emergency first aid kit. We live in South Florida. We've tried many of these bags, and while they're only 2 feet long, they overlap in a way that makes them the most effective barrier other than building a house on stilts. There are 2 things that make them amazing. First, 6 packs are packed into a bag no larger than Lay's potato chips. Second, charge them up so they don't fly away before the storm, and then pick up water during the storm. Once we bought long white ones for the garage. They widened scarcely 4 inches deep and were narrow. Quick Dams expand 6 inches deep and 30 cm wide. They look like a punching bag but with gel. Biodegradable after tearing, but will last on your patio until the storm season is over. The fabric stretches like cotton when mimicking the scr on an uneven surface, but doesn't tear us. More than once they have been exposed to storms and kept for re-use until the end of the season. I know that preparing for a storm is scary and exhausting. Just in case, save yourself the stress of hoping one is in stock and two get to you in time. Ironically, if you live in Hurricane Central, you've never seen them in store.
