I am a smoker and have a temporary 'flipper' (similar to dentures and retainers) for some dental implants that I will be doing in the next 8-9 months so to clarify I have an efferent used, which is used at night when sleeping. Sometimes I forget and need a quick clean so I stumbled across the Polident 3 minute cleaner and surprisingly it actually worked just as well as the Efferdent but in just 3 minutes AND it removes all the nicotine stains too. Sometimes I have to use a brush for the remaining stains, but not always. I highly recommend a toothbrush made specifically for fins, dentures and braces as it is softer and doesn't leave permanent abrasions. DO NOT use a regular toothbrush! But if you're looking for something that's fast and works really well, I highly recommend this because it works, and it works VERY well!
