Part missing, ESD bag was opened/torn in transit, excellent customer service
The TV PCI card arrived with the ESD bag open (security seal was broken). The card was missing a 2-pin power connector, so I couldn't turn on the PCI card and test the TV's PCI card. UPDATE: After seeing this review, the company contacted me and offered a replacement. I was very impressed with their customer service. They did their best. Unfortunately I cannot review this product further as I misunderstood that it is for satellites; I thought it was the antenna. However, the company contacted me with another solution and I will look into it. Again, great customer service.
