FALSE ADVERTISING! Does not support SRS (airbag), ABS or transmission code reading.
The product appears high quality and reliable. I hooked it up to my car and it didn't read any codes (I don't have any engine fault codes at the moment). Then I went to diagnose the airbag light - there is no such function on the device. So I tried to follow the memory upgrade instructions. The problem is that the website you are invited to takes you back to the company's home page with "Website not found" in the top left corner. So I tracked down the software on their website. I found this! The problem is that it says "compatible with Windows 7". I downloaded it on my Windows 10 PC but when I tried to open the program it crashed and went back to the start screen. So. not compatible with Windows 10 64-bit. I only bought it to diagnose the airbag indicator, which it can't do. Not to mention there weren't any sections for transmission or ABS codes either. This is an overpriced reader. It's all people!
