Very good pump

I bought this pump to replace a failed 18 year old Little Giant pump on my 150 gallon cichlid tank. The old pump sounded like a commercial chiller running in the basement. The eFlux pump is relatively easy to mount on my wet/dry filter and is very quiet. It makes a low hum, but after closing the closet door it's almost silent compared to my little giant. I have to constantly check the water flow to make sure it's still flowing. The only problem I have with the pump is a small leak in the pressure pipe. It's dripping very slowly, but I haven't been able to stop it yet. I checked the o-ring twice to make sure it was seated properly but it hasn't stopped yet. I may have to go to the store and buy PVC fittings and make my own modifications if the leak doesn't stop. In any case, I highly recommend this pump for its value for money. This pump pumps nearly twice as much water as my old little giant, but is a lot quieter and about $100 cheaper. I would give 5 stars if the nozzle was a little more efficient and didn't leak.
