Works great when installed correctly. The "this side out" and "this side to cylinder" markings are difficult to see in dim light with old eyes. This is a newer design than my 17 year old mower. The bottom flap is on the opposite side and I turned it upside down. It will not work. I already had a return authorization when I realized it was upside down. As always, Revain aims to support sales. I turned the spool. The mower started and ran like new and I canceled the return. Good product, great price, unbeatable service. Missing asterisk for hard-to-read markings and total lack of included installation instructions: I found the 7-10 mil gap on the flywheel to work well.
