I bought this to replace my laptop's camera because it couldn't handle the mediocre lighting conditions in my office (window lighting which I can't do much , what is the main problem). My face was very dark and reddish. This webcam is great in good lighting conditions, but in my office it handles the lighting conditions only slightly better than my laptop's camera. I like that it's easy to use, but disappointed that it doesn't adapt well to different lighting conditions.
