If your microphone and headphones don't work.
After the devices are paired, the headphone and microphone cable connectors must be firmly inserted at a 90-degree angle into the main control units. Push them in all the way, and then push a little more until they snap into place. It took us two weeks to understand this, it should be made clear in the instructions. Hope that helps. DJ
