Review on 🍞 Cuisinart CPT-180 Metal Classic 4-Slice Toaster, Stainless Steel Finish by Rob Vizitei

We purchased this item based on many good reviews. I'm sure it's a good toaster, but for those who use it to toast bagels, this might not be for you. My previous toaster only heated the inside of the bagel when you selected bagel mode. The first one I made was burned on top and I couldn't figure out why. I looked at the manual and their definition of this function is to increase the cooking time because the bagel is thicker. In fact, it says when you cook the bagel, make sure you adjust the setting every once in a while, as it takes longer to cook. We sent the toaster back and bought it from Walmart. Our Krups flip model works as expected, when you press the donut button it only cooks the inside, not the top and bottom. Come on Cuisinart, that's the point of the comments!
