A must have with a cast iron skillet

A must have with a cast iron skillet, especially chainmail. I use Chainmail every time I use my skillet, which is daily. Simply fill a pan with water after it cools and rub chain mail on it, rinse, dry and heat on a burner until you can hold a pinch off the side. Allow to cool slightly, brush with a thin layer of oil and remove the pan. The brush is rarely used, but if you need it for extra stubborn residue, just make sure it hasn't lost the very stiff bristles. see. I would recommend a vigorous rinse after using the brush.
