I have three litter boxes in my bedroom, one for each of my cats. I've found that the odor eliminator seems to get the job done. I get almost no smell from a box that is HFF compared to those that aren't. My only complaint is the blue light, which pulsates like a heartbeat. It also makes the whole box glow. I like to sleep in complete darkness and this light bothers me. It's really not bright, I'm just sensitive to any kind of light while I'm sleeping. I turn it off at night. The instructions are easy to understand during assembly.
