I talk a LOT at work every day and use my newest phone from another MFR. The first one I bought had problems the second day and people said I had an echo. Got a second one today, hooked it up straight away and people said it works fine. Will update in a week or so. Pros: The battery lasts a long time, I can use it all day without charging. Pairs easily with my iPhone 11 and my work laptop (for Skype) running Windows 10. Good sound quality on both sides of the sound suppresses ambient noise well. Cons: Quality control issues? As others have mentioned, after a few days they started having problems, just like me with the first one. We will see,
