Gasket worked well and looked good for the first month then one of the fans started making weird clicking noises all the time. You'll have to play with the wire and fan angle if you want to get rid of these noises. Every time you turn that damn thing on! Everything is fine on the video, one of the quietest clicks! Terrible! And this morning the second fan just wouldn't turn on! It was an "undamaged fan" but now it's completely broken! Doesn't even turn on! I have tried to contact this company via email and phone in multiple offices but no response! The first month I was interested in buying some more plug-in fans to get the maximum cooling performance, but after 2 months the thing is not working at all, what a waste of money! Absolutely silent customer support! I've had my fair share of cooling pads in the past and never had this problem! The metal stand is fine. as a decoration or as a paperweight, because as a cooling pad it is currently NOT PERMITTED! Actually I would like to fix these fans and buy another kit for extra cooling but no one answers at all (I emailed to address 3).
