The ability for me personally to be able test my websites without having access to our internal servers was great! This tool also allowed us, as testers who are not developers or programmers in any way shape or form, have been given tools so we could help troubleshoot issues with clients website's performance (or lack thereof). I wish there were more options available when it came to setting up new scripts etc but this product has definitely helped bring better results from client site speed problems!! We had some very bad experiences where customers would complain about slow loading times even after many attempts at speeding things up - only problem being they didn't know how much time taken for each page request/page view etc. Using Load impact gave us all those figures allowing them to see exactly what needed improving before sending emails out asking questions which then led onto resolving issue further down line.
