The best part is how quickly it got installed, configured & running in my environment. There was no downtime when I had to do this at work. Also we don't have any support staff or technicians for our servers but they've been very responsive with answering questions as well as helping us get everything set up correctly so far! They're also working overtime (even during normal business hours) to help me out if something goes wrong even though it's not their responsibility anymore. We are still using an old version of SharePoint which isn't ideal especially since there were some issues with connecting documents between different versions like 2013/2016 etc. But overall great experience thusfar. It has helped eliminate many manual processes from before by automating them while solving problems related to connectivity across sites/sites collections within one site collection.
