Review on Monvecle Cotton Stockings Stretch Footed Girls' Clothing : Socks & Tights by Sasha Hsiao

Came out of the box with a dime sized brown spot on top of the barrel. We threw it out right away. I will no longer buy from this company. We assume someone used it on their child, returned it and that's what we got. I would really like someone to explain the brown spot, especially in this area. Don't put that on my baby.
