Review on 🧽 Winco BR-24 L-Shape Fryer Brush, 24.5-Inch, Black/White - Efficient Cleaning for Medium-Sized Fryers by Christina Johnson

It worked well for two uses, then the (plastic) wires were flattened (and/or just melted) into a stick. It may require special care to remain usable. Do not leave it in a hot place or with hot fat for a long time (spray the fat immediately); It might take a little longer because of this, but I'm not sure. I'm replacing it with a more expensive version that claims to withstand 750 degrees. Any tips or recommendations on deep fryer brushes would be greatly appreciated.
