Very powerful product, works very very well. There are two problems: First, it works so hard that the metal air hose manifold with all the rubber hoses attached gets so hot it burns your hand. Not the block itself, but a sliver of metal that attaches to the hose. The second problem is that the hose has to be attached to the block and to the metal manifold/splitter, otherwise the jet of air will become so strong that it will just come off the end of the splitter. I bought some pipe clamps at a local hardware store and now after tightening them up the hose won't come loose. I think the last issue is that it's not waterproof. I have this outdoors for a 750 gallon fish pond (that's too much for a pond this size, but it's what I wanted) and I need to cover it with something to keep the rain out, but not completely because it flows so hot. I actually picked the cleaver off the ground on a metal flower pot and turned it sideways, worried about the vegetation catching fire. I'll get a paver to put everything in so that won't be a problem. I definitely like the pump, it seems very well made and just an air squeezing beast, you just need to know a few things before buying one.
