Customer Service from GICASA Was a Disappointment

While shopping for a kitchen faucet on GICASA's website, I was let down by their customer service. The item I received was different from the one pictured on their website. The sink's faucet was likewise broken and unusable. I tried to get in touch with GICASA's customer service department to ask for a refund or exchange, but they were rude and unresponsive. I had to send many emails and make several phone calls before they acknowledged my problem, and even then they were reluctant to respond and offer a remedy. The return procedure was tedious and difficult, adding insult to injury. Over a month passed between when I requested my refund and when I finally got it. In sum, dealing with GICASA was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience for me. Their customer service reps were rude and unhelpful, and the product I bought was flawed. This is not a business you should do business with.
