Upon initial inspection, I found that two of the six chains had crossed chain strands. I'm not entirely sure why it wasn't obvious to the people who put it together. Still, I had to bend open the end hooks on each of them, untangle the individual chains (btw, I bought a set with three strands of chain set perpendicular to the bar on each of the six), and then bend or pinch them back to their original shape. . Just keep in mind that if you're thinking about buying them, you might have to do some adjustments with tools or send them back. The rest seems to be installed normally. And I haven't had to use them yet, so I can't say how they work.
