Yes, they are coilovers.
They came in a few months ago as a quick fix because there were no stock struts available at the time I needed them. It looks solid enough and I liked the light color but I'm very wary of buying parts like this on Amazon. I postponed the review because I honestly wasn't sure. but I didn't break anything, despite a LOT of daily commuting and maybe a few squeaky donuts. I recommend.
