later I don't know why I'm so excited about buying competition socks, but maybe it's part of the "coming of age" thing I've heard about. These socks are comfortable but let the records show they are thin. While the thinness of these socks gives the shoe good breathability, I didn't buy them for training. I wouldn't train in them because they're so thin, but that's just my personal preference. Also, have the record show that I mention the thinness of these socks not as a complaint but as an informative statement so potential buyers know these socks are thin. If you rely on socks for a pillow, your pillow won't be.
