Review on RC 762M Replaced Receiver HT RC230 HT S3300 by Andrew Pierceson

Easy replacement remote that works with my Onkyo 5.1 receiver. I needed one with a connection option to also drive an iPod dock and it does the basic job along with the receiver's standard setup functions. Although the model number matches the photo provided by the seller, the remote I received has five blank buttons at the top that do nothing (see attachment) and the standard wheel around the enter button has four separate buttons that are a bit more complex. use. Also note that this remote isn't programmable for components from other manufacturers like the original was. This should also be stated in the seller's description.
