I can't use antiperspirant because it makes my armpits itchy and swollen. This material works great for me and the smell is not too MANY. On really crazy, hectic days when I'm sweating a lot, it wears off a bit. But I live in Texas and our summers are brutal. I try to wear as much cotton as possible and stay away from synthetics when I know I'm going to sweat because it makes it worse. TIP: I also use organic apple cider vinegar in the shower. I usually pour a little onto a washcloth along with soap, wash my armpits and other sweaty areas, and let it sit for about a minute before rinsing off. I've found it helps control odor and skin sensitivity in the summer.
