Product worked great initially. Less than 30 days later it stopped charging wirelessly, other ports and connectors work but wireless stopped working which is why I bought this one. Update 09/04/20 Let me tell you something about this topic. I've been using this thing since June, this is the second replacement for the first wireless charger. On this one, the USB ports have now fallen into the case on one side, rendering them unusable. The USBs that were in it are not disconnected. They constantly supply two devices with electricity. I can't find a way to contact Bestek. Update 24th September Bestrk contacted me and asked for pictures of the problem, sent them pictures that don't show how far back the USB ports are as they are inside the case. I've never heard an answer so I'm guessing they really don't care. I ended up having to send them the same photos three times. All I can say is do not buy from this company or their products. The first one stopped working almost immediately upon receipt, and the detachable USB ports cannot be used on one side as they are inside the case and not accessible. Save your money and choose another brand, not worth the hassle. They also kept coming back and asking for photos. I haven't heard from them since I installed them.
