I’m honestly surprised at how good of a workout I received while using this strap. I attached it to my door frame by using the included doorway stopper (foam on a strap loop with D ring).However, the strap didn’t come with any instructions, so I had to make a trip to Google to figure out how to use it. Once I did and watched some videos, I managed to get a great workout with static poses and movement. I’m already incredibly flexible, but holding the poses relies on strength and balance, which this product definitely helps.Overall, this is simple and well-made. I would prefer a bit of padding, but not expected at the low price point. I would recommend adding a pdf of suggested exercises to this item and it would be 5 stars all around.
