I received the item fairly quickly. I was happy about that. Plugged in and nothing works. It turned out that three pins for the connector were loose and the connector didn't fit very well. Which didn't matter much. I fixed it myself. But I called the company and tried to ask for help but they didn't help. That's why I wrote a negative review. After 3 weeks I get an email with a 30% refund if I change my rating. I will not be bribed. I don't want my money back. Next time I call a customer with a problem, you should help them. There will be no more business.
